Many of the *yummy* recipes on emilybites.com use the laughing cow wedges! :) I make this recipe that is yummy too (mac n cheese) w/ the cheese wedges http://www.hungry-gi...n-cheese-recipe. My kids love it too when I make this. I make it with multigrain Pasta as it has Protein and lots of nutrients.
