Official 2 weeks post op weigh in....

I am 2 weeks post op and I am down 25 pounds my surgeon advanced me too soft food I am so excited....

I agree....my dinner (steamed zucchini and yellow squash nd baked chicken has never tasted so good)

Where can I find mushes recipes? I am almost there and I'm not too original in the kitchen, please?

You must be young. My daughter had the band 5 years ago and lost 125 pounds and has kept it off. But she told me not to expect a loss for two months so this is great news. I haven't eaten for 4 days just Clear liquids and I haven't lost a pound but I'm 56 so it will probably take me longer. Thanks for posting your encouraging story. Vicki

Go onto lapband.com. They have all kinds of foods for each stage basically!

Will everyone loses differently too. It all depends on how much u have to lose and of course your age gender and any pre existing conditions. You will get there. Don't worry about losing any yet! The first month is about about letting your body heal!
