Gum?

I had surgery the 16th of November nd im on the smoochies stage of food nd I have a bad taste in my mouth even if I drink a lot of water nd brush my teeth. Would it hurt to have gum? Or the fruity mentos?

    Bandsters should avoid gum because if you swallow it it could be an issue for the band according to my Dr.

    Mentos have sugar calories so I would opt for the breath strips over candy. Check with your Dr to be sure.

    I chew gum all the time too. Haven't swallowed gum since I was a kid. Lol. I did ask my doctor & he has no problems with gum chewing.
