Ok im 2 weeks post op they say im suppose to eat 3oz at every meal.Iv been eating 5oz im tolerating it.is that bad? Will i gain weight? How many calories should I be eating? My surgeon put me on soft foods an im suppose to be drinking protein shakes as well I dont! I tried an I just dont like them but im confused when am i suppose to drink them help???
