Gall Bladder After Banded

Hi everyone!!! I have scheduled to have my gall bladder removed this Friday, after finding out I have stones! So I'm wondering if anyone has had theirs out either before of after lap-band and how the recovery differs? Is it less or more painful? And are the incision sights as sore? Thank you

I had my gallbladder out on 10/5, only 2 months after my band surgery. I thought the recovery was similar minus the port pain. I also have 4 more incision in addition to the 5 from the band. I think the gas was more painful with the band too. Good luck with your surgery and recovery!
