If you are talking about the 2 week pre op diet, you are not alone.

I went on an eating binge a few days before starting my diet because I had it in my head I would never eat anything again...lol

My hubby like u shud try it out a few days cuz u not gonna make it im determined but im scared cuz i will never eat a hooter wing habitchi food steaks alfredo chicken etc again im only 260 im solid im lost for thoughts what are some taste options for this preopt diet shakes protein soups anyone pleaseeee

I'm 9-10 lbs from my goal and I still eat hooters wings, hibachi, and steaks! By choice I stay away from pastas and breads but I can still eat them. You will be ok!!

I am also close to my goal and can eat anything if I chew slowly and do not rush. Think of it as a short term loss for long term healthier life! ( I would never say the "g" word!)
