Ok so I was told that I need to buy a gummy multivitamin with iron and a calcium caltrate to take for life. I have a problem with the texture of gummy anything. Never liked gummy bears, sour belts, jelly beans, etc. They all make me nauseous just thinking about it. I am currently on the liquid pre-op diet with protein shakes that already make me nauseous. The thought of having to consume gummies for life is not something I am looking forward to.
I would prefer to take a pill but was told it might get stuck after been banded. Don't get me wrong, I will do what I need to do but I am just hoping that I can pass a pill smashed or whole, whatever works. Anyone already banded able to swallow vitamin pills?
