Am I Too Full?

I just need some input .............

Monday I got a small fill of 0.2 cc's, I'm not sure if I have too much.

I am not vomiting and I can eat BUT I feel so full.

I was on liquids until today.

I had a Protein shake for Breakfast at 6:30 am.

For lunch I had 2 ounces of tuna and 1/2 hard bolied egg and I feel like I ate a whole pizza by myself.

That was at 12:30 and the feeling is just going away 9 hours later.

Do I need to get an small unfill or will this feeling go away after a few days?

Thanks for any advice.

I would give it a couple days, see if it relaxes a bit. Also, try really small bites and be sure to pause between bites.

It sometimes takes a little time to adjust to a fill.

Best wishes.

I'll give it come time as well, because you're passing the food. Just one little advice in my experience tuna and hard boiled eggs are kind of dry and pasty foods. I'll for something a little more moist.

Good luck ;)

It takes a while for your stomach swelling to alleviate after a fill. I would wait it out. I am in agreement with the pasty food for eggs.

Good to know.. I have been wondering the same thing. I got a fill yesterday and have a bit of a rough time with it. I wasn't thinking and had some green beans last night and was stuck. I knew better but just forgot. I was miseable last night. It seemed to pass but I was waking up at night burping and today have heartburn. I am getting liquids downs (sipping, not gulping) ok and got some soup down today. I am hoping this heartburn passes in the next couple days and wondered how long it takes to adjust sometimes after a fill. My first two fills were uneventful but now that I have more restriction... whoa! Good luck to you and thanks for asking this as I was going to myself. :)

I smashed the egg and mixed in the tuna with some fat free mayo, it was not very dry.

Thanks everyone for your help. Guess I will wait it out and see how it is by Monday.

Well I didn't wait it out, I was miserable all morning so I went in this afternoon and had the 0.2 removed.

Not feeling much different yet but I know it may take some time.

Thanks everybody for your input.
