How Often Should I Take Sips?

I made Greek yogurt, banana and a little peanut butter drink. So good!! How often can I sip on it. I really don't want to over do it. Thanks :)

Hope you are doing well from your surgery!

I would say to sip allllllll day long. Keep yourself hydrated. If you made a drink for yourself you can keep sipping until you are finished, just pause inbetween taking small breaks by putting your drink down. Just keep sipping, thats about it...

Keep us posted on your progress, and take time to heal...

Sip sip away, liquids will not hurt you at all. (I was a freak on the liquid stage as my instructions said 4-6 oz and I was drinking a whole optifast - 12 oz....) Called my clinic, as swelling goes down, hunger increases, liquids will not hurt you or your band at all. If your drink is thick like yogart, I would treat it like food not liquid.

Good question! I had some blended lentil soup yesterday and I realized I was eating/drinking it to fast and got scared cause I got kinda bloated. So sipped water here and there afterward. Thanks Wild for clearing that part up for us! :)

like pat said, i sipped all day.......and now nearly 5 months out and i still (drink) all day long
