    I was a little worried about the holidays and being on my pre-op diet. In my husbands family we have a ton of Christmas gatherings. I solved this by telling everyone about my pending surgery. Everyone is trying to accommodate me and help me not to cheat. Granted they aren't the greatest of cooks so the food isn't a real temptation...Christmas day I start clear liquids only...that will be a killer...cooking dinner for my family and not being about to eat it! I am determined to make this change...Good luck to all my fellow December bandsters!

    Maybe you can cook and eat "Christmas dinner" on Christmas Eve instead.

    question for everyone im 3 days post op and i hurt in my chest kinda feel like im weezing cant cough any thing up should nni be worried

    Smiley, I think this is probably normal. I had my surgery yesterday and feel like I have a ton of mucus in my throat. It hurts too bad to cough so there's really no place I can make it go. Let me know if yours clears up in the next couple of days. I'd like something to look forward to, lol.

    Just wait till Saturday! Only kidding. Pre op is probably the hardest, and you will do it, because your life is about to change and will be a whole different way of doing things in both thought and deed. Hang in there because you are starting the Life you have wanted, hoped, prayed and dreamed about. Your about to receive the ways and means to get it, because YOU DESERVE IT!

    Aww thanks im sooooo excited to get my skinny jeans out, the ones Ive had since high school that i can't meet go :) run n play with the kids get my confidence and my sexy back. And be the cute trophy wife and all the other moms jealous at school #my moment
