Are you tracking your food? Exercising?

Had a fill recently??

Your body can get stuck in a rut of predictability...try changing your daily number of calories and/or your exercise routine, type and intensity.

I advise calling your dr and making an appointment, maybe you need a fill... Or maybe you need to reduce your calories. But that's where you started so go back to what you know.

Good luck

Eating to much? Not eating enough? I would think talking to your nutritionist is in order.

Wishing you the best!

I'm actually at the Dr today, sorry I didn't check back in! Sorry, turns out I wasn't eating enough! I know better too, guess I just thought with restriction I was over eating if I ate to much (a regular amount) silly me! Getting back on track, waiting on my fill now!
