Gas Pain :(

I am 6 days post op and on the 3 rd and 4 th nights I slept like a baby It felt like the gas pain was all gone I was soo excited ..... Than all of a sudden I'm in pain and soo uncomfortable the gas is back :( what to do !! Any tips I can't sleep and I go back to work tomorrow

I'm 6 days post op too. I am in the same boat as you. I went back to work today and I wished I hadn't. I had a bout of gas today that kicked my butt! Took some more gas-x but that only helps for a little bit if at all. Let me know If you hear of anything, but I think we are SOL.

i gotta get in on this one.... im only post op day 2 but dying of gas pain..... help!!

I am post-op day 1. I have been walking, talking gas x and they said take stool softeners so you are not constipated. Have you had a bowel movement since surgery?

I'm day 9 post. I have found that walking and drinking water is the most helpful. Gas-x works for short periods. And having those BMs is great lol
