The heating pad relieved the trapped shoulder gas more so than pain meds, walking or gas x, combined. I don't think it gets enough credit, so I wanted to make it a topic to be seen. I slept with it and moved around with it as much as possible.

I agree heating pad was the only thing that helped me on the gas.

I loved my microwavable heating pad the week after to. It really helped to relax the muscle craps in my neck and shoulder.

I didn't get too much relief from it I continued to use it mostly because it was comforting but I wouldn't say it helped my pain.
