Igoback got a reaction from NWgirl in So Glad I Don't Have To Do Liquids For 2 Weeks
I move on to mushies tomorrow and I am STARVING! And emotional! I sincerely applaud those who can do 2 weeks (plus who had to do 2 weeks before surgery, because I just had low carb). I think part of it is that I healed relatively quickly, so I've felt hunger for a few days now. (I know I'm not completely healed, but I hope that makes sense!)
I'm also glad to have this outlet. My family is enjoying Subway in the kitchen so I left because, despite a Protein shake and 2 Popsicles, all I can think about is food.

Igoback got a reaction from ☠carolinagirl☠ in I'm On The 6 Month Diet
M on month 3 and it's going by quick!! I'm glad I have no set amount of weight to lose and that they aren't strict...mostly. But the first month I was trying my hardest to lose weight and lost as much as 13ish pounds. Then when I went in and they said we focus on changing habits and not weight loss, I definitely took it the wrong way. My eating has been awful. I'm suppose to keep a food journal but I'm too embarrassed. I'm trying to get back on track but it's discouraging to think I can't do this. Any advice, for those who had to wait awhile before surgery?

Igoback got a reaction from Tam Kumar in Failing Home Sleep Study
I was sent a home sleep study machine. I used it last night and will need it tonight. I'm scared that I'll need to redo them. I maybe got a combined 1.5 hours of sleep because I generally can only sleep on my stomach but the nasal prongs would fall out. My mom told me not tontake sleeping meds because it'd skew the results but that may be the only way to avoid needing to redo it!
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
