I am a girl who panics if I can not snack! Hahaha I love Kashi granola bars, the layered coconut and dark chocolate. I have a sweet tooth and this really helps with that. 120 calories and 3.5g of fat..I know that seems like a lot...but as long as you stick to one it should be okay  I also love baked pretzels, baby carrots with a little hummus, yogurt, and popcorn (non buttered obviously). Hope this helps a little! :D

The last few weeks I seem to get most of my cals from snacks....I am so hungry at night....I find triscat crackers (7) are good withlaughing cow cheese....greek yogurt.... and fruit is my picks....

I actually don't snack per say, but instead have my next meal when I am hungry. If I get a sweet tooth, I have a fiber plus bar (caramel coconut).

For snacks, you could try 100 calorie popcorn, hardboiled egg, deli meats, string cheese, etc. I would try to keep snacks to less than 150 calories.

im struggling to keep my cals at 1400 per day ( on myfitnesspal.com) so for me i like those yummy Kashi bars, nuts , fruit, baby carrots, Oberto's turkey jerky, hb eggs, and my downfall is wheat thins with peanut butter. mmmmmmmmmm. I like anything crunchy /sweet. .

well, my snacks are sf pudding, sf popsicles....2oz cheese (protein)....i small hard boiled egg....but if i am hungry, i eat. but i make sure its not head hunger but bc i am really hungry.

I love Pistachios, The Weight Wise Nut: Pistachios are one of the lowest fat, lowest calorie and highest fiber nuts and they offer the most nuts per serving compared to any other snack nut – 49 to be exact.

I have portioned out tiny bags of peanuts, unsalted of course. I eat weight watchers smoked mozzarella string cheese..50 calories per stick. I have the weight watchers spreadable cheese wedges for crackers. I get reduced fat cheese nips and only have half the serving size suggested on the box but I do eat the whole cheese wedge because its only 35 calories per wedge. I try really hard to avoid carbs in my snacks and save that for something that I really, really want later. Sometimes I just drink a small glass of milk if I am just a bit hungry or shaky..I have a hard time keeping my blood sugar on an even keel (hypoglycemic) so I have to watch that I don't go too long without some carbs to balance me.

If I get hungry at night, I'll have 1/4 cup of 1% low fat cottage cheese for 45 calories.

I'm also a fan of low fat Wheat Thins (8 are 65 calories) with a wedge of Babybel Light Swiss for 35 calories.

They have little round wheels of cheese that are 50 calories and soft wedges that are 35 calories. I know they have different flavors though hard to find them all in the light. I really like the creamy swiss and garden cream cheese ones. They are a little pricey though, it's about $5 for 8 wedges.

Serving size of beef or turkey jerky its about 70 calories. I get the nugget size which is easier to measure. I have serving size baggies (1/4 of a small apple cubed)

When can we start eating pistachio's? My surgery was June 25th. I just started mushies

Mos 73.

I couldn't find the babybel light Swiss only laughing cow. Are they similar?

Things I like that are good Snacks and low calories - greek yogurt; a few nuts; beef jerky; a ounce of cheese or a cheese string.

Laughing cow is more of a spreadable cheese. The Babybels are little solid cheeses. I think there's more Protein in the babybel.
