was finally able to eat (mushies last night) and enjoyed some refried beans, culprit perhaps?

try a heating pad as well. That helped me with the shoulder pain

Here is what my doctor said about left shoulder pain. Where they place the band there is a nerve that runs up to your shoulder. The pain only lasts for a few days until the nerve gets used to the band, then it goes away.
