Cramps

Since surgery I have had major cramps in my feet. They are so painful! Tonight it started about 5:30 pm and didn't stop till 10 pm! Any suggestions?

    I agree u may need to get some extra vitamins or potassium into your diet.

    If the cramps continue then try some indian tonic water ( leave to let gas disperse) tonic water contains quinine which helps with cramping ..
