i do the xbox kinect game the biggest loser and its a combo of yoga, circuit training, and box fit training.I do it 6 days a week for an hour. Sometimes i take walks in the evening as well. Every one is different try different things and see what you like and works for you!

I walk 3 miles on a local nature trail. I also have Xbox Kinect with the Sports game, but don't currently have enough space to set it up :(

I cycle 25 miles a day and do strength training every night while i watch tv :)

I walk/jog 3 miles 3 days a week at a local park, 1 1/2 hour at my gym 2 days a week 40 on the elliptical 30 on the treadmill. On days that I go to the park I do 30 mins of a zumba video and on gym days I do about 20 minutes weight training.

Late last year I started my Xbox360 Biggest Loser/Zumba...got bored and decided I needed to be around people so I joined LAFitness in March. Since then, I have met some wonderful people/trainers that are doing a wonderful job keeping me accountable, encouraging, etc. My routine is to attend the 1 hour Bodyworks (Strength/Aerobics class) on Mon/Wed/Sat, 30 min of individualized torture on Friday (Personal Trainer) and sometimes I throw in some Aquafit on Tues or Thursday, Sundays I do the elliptical for 30 min to strengthen my quads (knee problems-arthritis). If I don't make it to the gym, I spend time at home on my Elliptical/Treadmill/Weights--they have me focusing on building lean muscle. So according to the nurse/psych I got the workout down...hoping I don't have too hard of a time getting back to schedule after the surgery. I want to give myself a few days break but not too much so I don't get too rusty. For those that worked out pre op did you have any issues in post op w your workout routines?
