Not Drinking When Eating

Is the hardest part for me!!! I'm sooo thirsty and its really hard for me not to do. I know I can try to make sure there's nothing around me at meals but what are other tips? Help please?

Have a drink before you eat, then you shouldn't be thirsty.

I was always a big drinker at meals, so I just make sure that I drink alot through out the day and when it comes to meals I am not thirsty then. Also make sure what you are eating isn't dry and that will help. My surgeons rules are 15 minutes before you eat and no drinking for an hour after.

I am having the same issue and am still on full liquids so am worried about when I start eating real food. I have to drink a lot extra anyway because of a medical condition. So it is a struggle. I guess we will get used to it but I am so ingrained with drinking with meals.
