That's kinda my goal too I had surgery wed the 30th.. I'm 5lbs down too I guess we are gonna have to work our butt off lol

I got my band on the 25. I am hoping to loose 15 pounds by August. They said I shouldn't expect to loose much for the first 6 weeks. I hope I can do it by August.

I was banded May 29. I also have a mini goal of losing 20+ lbs by Aug 1. I'm following doc's instructions and keeping my fingers crossed!

Reweighed I'm not 5 I am 8lbs down :) wooohoo (reweighed just so I could save my weight history) but it def made me happy

Please understand I am not trying to be mean spirited. Most doctors say you can loose 1-2 pounds per week. I am a slow looser and don't loose that much. Even thougth I am at restriction, eat very health; AND do at least an hour of cardio seven days a week.

To loose 55 pounds by the end off August which is 12 weeks away you would need to loose over 4 pounds a week.

I was banded 23rd of may and I'm down 17lbs
