I'm 8 days banded and the pains from the gas are still killing me. Heating pad and walking are the only things that seem to help at all. Been sleeping in a recliner and last night was the first night

I'm not yet banded but I've heard many people say using gas x and heating pad.

Gas x heating pad walk banded 4/6/ it gets better :-)

GasX strips or Extra strength Gas x tabs..Try walking around

Drink some hot peppermint tea, take simethicone, and KEEP MOVING. That helped me with the gas pains.

GOOD LUCK

Walking is the best. You can hold a small pillow against you stomach if it helps for no movement. I walked every night up and down my drive way in my PJ's after dark with my pillow and Gas X

I'm 8 days banded and the pains from the gas are still killing me. Heating pad and walking are the only things that seem to help at all. Been sleeping in a recliner and last night was the first night I could sleep in my bed. It was heavenly! So I guess it's getting better. Can't wait for this air to get out of me!!! :)

Sorry for your pain.. It will go away soon. Walk and take Gas x....Feel better.
