Looking for a band buddy and maybe a workout partner in Yuma AZ need to eat back on track banded 2013

Looking to meet ppl in the fort Leonard Wood area need a workout partner. Or just a friend to talk to and keep me on track

I need help getting back on track.Recently my best friend/workout buddy got stationed in Germany. She has been such a big part of my weight loss journey I just fell in to a funk since she has been gone.Even though we try to talk often its still hard.Any advice to get out of this funk I'm in really would like to meet other ppl stationed around fort Leonard wood Mo area.

Im really wanting to find a buddy/mentor in Saint Robert Mo or somewhere close. My husband is stationed here and it would be nice to meet someone around here to talk to or have a wokout partner someone who understands whats Im going thru. I have wonderful husband but sometimes I feel like he just dont get it.

I was banded on may 1 and have only lost 16 pounds I am still feel hungry but working on trying to know what that full feeling is... is that crazy I think i been doing good so far. Im going in the morning for my first band fill Im kinda scared dont really know what to expect. Any advice ya could give me
