Unfortunately, protein powders are a personal taste thing. I would say start with buying cheaper versions (Walmart sells the Body Fortress 2lb for $15) and taste testing to find a preference.

Something I love, you might hate.

I was going to say my nutritionist likes the Body Fortress which she said is at Wal-Mart and Kroger.

I have the Soy Protein from Sam's (not a fan, but I'm finishing it because I paid for it). I also have the nectar from the Vitamin Shoppe (pricey), it's foamy and it was very thin when I made it. I need to try it again.

The pain of finding a protein shake you like,,,and can afford! I really like the shakes and bars from my clinic but they are expensive, $13 for a pack of 7.

Yes it's all personal choice. I love the Gold Standard from GNC -double chocolate :) it mixes well, high Protein 24g, low carb ?

Cant stand the powder, and i know the shakes are more exspencive but the pure protien shakes and the EAS myoplex light i like. my daughter found that sams has the eas 18 pack.

I've been using Muscle Milk I got at Costco. Huge jug for $32 and I use my little bullet to mix it up.

It definitely is a to-your-taste kind of thing. I enjoy the Premier Protein shakes from SAMs club. They chill nicely and don't have the nasty aftertaste (again my personal opinion). I've tried the Pure Protein Shakes from walmart and they taste terrible to me. However, I'm trying to drink them all because I spent $$ on them.

I'm determined to find a powder-because they last longer-that I like. I hope that you find one too. Good luck :)
