How Often Are You Drinking?

I was just banded on the 19th. I was wondering, how often I should be drinking, and how much?

You should be sipping all through out the day. Good luck and congrats!

I drink a bottle of water on my morning walk, I have a 2 cup cup of tea before breakfast. I drink a 24 ounce crystal light before lunch, another water bottle in the afternoon and then I have a bit of water with dinner and maybe 1/2 cup water at night. Hmmmm, guess I drink all day long! I find that it helps to drink when I am feeling hungry and it's not meal time.

I was told to sip through the day and to drink 46-64 ounces

I was also told to sip through out the day. 64 oz of water total.

I was told to sip throughout the day and to hopefully get 60+ ounces of fluids in. Yesterday was surgery for me, and I have had minimal gas/pain. I did drink a couple cups of peppermint tea yesterday and have been diligent in walking around.

I am drinking my first protein drink of the day and hope the rest of the day continues well! Congratulations on getting to the other side :)

Thank you all so much for your input!

Keep drinking throughout the day or whenever possible. Good luck, hun.
