What Comes After Mushies?

Was banded 2.17.12 and I am approaching week 4. What comes after mushies? Soft food? What does that mean? Thanks!

A tuna sandwich can be a soft food. A roast beef sandwich not. It depends on your dr mine has me slow add reg foods at this time hard meats like chicken steak. Mac n cheese is soft food.

To me they are the same (mushies and soft) real food is after that....and should be chewed to mushy consistency.

I'm only banded a week but my dr said anything you can cut with fork.. HTH

For me week three was mushies like cottage cheese, yoghurt, ricotta. Week four was canned chicken or tuna.
