Quinoa is a complete protein. So many great recipes out there.

Where do u find this?

Most all grocery stores carry it. Look in same area you get rice. I get mine at Trader Joes or Sprouts, here in So. california. It's soooo good! And good for you.

YUM! I get it in the bulk section at a local health food store - grocery stores are really pricey! Tons of recipes out there, I make a salad with feta, lite balsamic vinagrette, chopped tomato, olives and a little chopped onion. It tends to take on flavors of what it is mixed with, consistency is more like barley. when you make it it really swells and multiples, much more than rice! Careful or you end up enough for an army.

costco sells a decent sized bag for about $15 or so...

i like it. U may have a hard time with it if your tight. It kinda has a consistancy the of rice. chew chew chew :-) very good if you cook in beef broth too!
