I went walking yesterday and the armband that hold my IPod kept slipping, so today I tried it without the extender and it fit! I know this is small, but it did make me smile!

I finally got to the last possible notch on my belt.... i have to buy a new one!

Congrats to both of you. My small NSV is the fact that after only 26 pounds I can put my thumb and middle finger all the way around my wrist and touch. I haven't been able to do that in a long time.

Yay to all of you! Keep on sharing! NSVs encourage me more than seeing the scale go down. I can't wait until I can cross my legs...no biggie for a lot of peeps but I haven't been able to cross them since high school.

Great job everyone!! I threw away two lawn bags of clothes that were too big! I bought a new pair of jeans in a size 16 and I bought a new pair of shoes in a size 71/2. My other shoes, that are now sloppy big, are a size 9! Isn't that weird?
