Lost 100 pounds !!!

I was banded 8/2/10 and have finally hot the 100 lb mark ... actually its a bit more ! I am super excited and looking forward to getting to goal !

    Congrats! What did you do as far as excercise?

    I did not start exersizing really until the start of the summer... elliptical machine and stuff..

    Now I really just work out on the treadmill for an hour / 2 days a week .

    I work and go to school full time sooooo not much time for exersize :(
