Approval Anthem BCBS

Hello bandsters! I will very soon be an official member of the bandster elite society lol! After countless calls to the doc's office, frustration, annoyance and just wanting to just give up, I just received the call that I am now approved. It was just submitted YESTERDAY! I love Anthem BCBS! I already have my surgery date.......FEBRUARY 8, 2011!!!!! Yay!!!!! Bugging and persistance pays off :lol:

    Yay!!! I know I have bcbs anthem too and I got approved the same day my paperwork was submitted!! My surgery is in 5 days feb 2nd!!! Yay!!! Go us we r gonna be skinny soon!!!!

    I have Anthem BCBS NY. You will probably get a call from a Case Management Nurse to see if you have any questions.

    I have Anthem BCBS as well and hopping for the fast approval.

    If only my doctor's office finally SUBMITTED the papers.

    Everything was suppose to be submitted on Monday. Insurance got NOTHING yet.

    I wonder if anyone else had the same issue with doctor's office at the NYU?

    So I'm calling my surgeons office on Monday to see what's going on. Another Anthem BCBS person here. I'm nervous now...they said they submitted it last Friday, but when I called anthem on Monday, they hadn't received anything :-( I'm also calling anthem back...cross your fingers!
