I am scared to death of thanksgiving. Ive been seeing a really great guy and he knows all about my band but he invited me over to his familys for Tgiving and I havent met any of them..xcept his mom. I just got a 2nd fill a month ago and I think Im at my sweet spot if not too restricted..I cant eat hardly anything. So how do I handle tgiving? Ive thought about telling him I cant go, I talked to him about it and he said not to worry, no one will judge but how can I sit there and not eat?
Another thing, since I got my 2nd fill Ive only lost 5lbs and all breads, rice, Pasta have become off limits. So really I hardly eat anything and sometime I have to make my self eat..Im just not hungry so why wouldnt I be losing more? Also it seems the only thing I can eat are the things I shouldnt eat. Popcorn, candy chips etc.. I try to avoid these. Could it be Im not getting enough calories? My dr never put me on any kind of diet, or calorie, carb restriction etc..
Any suggestions?
Thanks
