SBS, Sounds great! The 15th, how exciting! I'm getting mine done in the beginning of 2011, but I don't have a date yet.

Hi I'm getting banded on the 15th also.. .. I also have a lot to lose.. about 125 lbs would put me where I would feel good.

I'm a little apprehensive about the post op part though... keep in touch and good luck!

Thanks for the kind words.

Had surgery Monday morning. Was home by Monday evening. I can get around the house all right, but I'd hate to try to do too much more. Still sore in the sides and abdomen, and it still hurts to breath in really deeply. Throat was raw the first couple days from the breathing tube, but that has went away. Been consuming mostly Protein drinks, Jello, and yogurt so far. May try some pureed meat tomorrow.
