went in for my first office visit with loads of paper work i hand this morning and they are soo nice there!!!!!!!!!!!!! they called insurance got pre oth and they were faxing the whole thing as i was leaving i was approved my date is the 14th of dec he is lettting me get in as soon as possible because my dedtuctabe is met for this year and is going way up next year ! what a sweat heart! i cant tell you how excited i am ! i start liquid diet tomarrow so hubby says what ya want for last supper LOL

I never had my last supper before my band. My doctor advised against it so I actually listened. I have not been to a buffet in almost 2 years.........I'm starting to get hungry just thinking about it.

Congrats to you on getting banded in December. The idea of a buffet before you go on all liquids sounds awesome, but then buffets sound awesome anytime.
