I'm now officially a misses, I have abandoned the women's department and will never look back! WOOHOO!!!! Just had to share that with the world.

Does the Lane Bryant catalog show fat models?

The Casual Male Big and Tall catalog never shows a single fat guy. It only features tall models. I wrote them on at least 3 occasions pointing this out and asking them to explain and only got replies saying, "sorry you feel this way."

That is one of the biggest reason I am happy to be done with them.

The store catalog/ brochure type thing has "plus size" models, who nobody in their right mind would consider fat. The other mail-order catalog doesn't have any plus size women at all. It's super annoying.

Congratulations on your success this far! I for one know how awesome it is to begin to shop in the smaller sizes. There are so many cute outfits to choose from!

That too is one of my goals. I can't wait to break up with Lane Bryant, Torrid...fat lady clothes in general. When I lost 100lbs before (several years ago) I was able to shop in the misses section and OMG is stuff cheaper. Like, when things go on sale at LB, they go from a $50 shirt to a $30 shirt. Stuff onsale in the regular clothes size section gets CHEAP. I could get 5 shirts for what I was paying for 1 shirt at LB or Torrid.
