Could I be ready for a fill already?

Had my first fill June 17th and I could tell very little difference from before I got my fill. Could I be ready for another fill already? I haven't lost any weight since my fill. Also, what exactly does restriction feel like or will I just know? I can eat more than 4oz but try to limit myself to no more than 8oz per meal. :)

Yes, yes, yes. The first fill often does not provide restriction. Call your doc's office today and set up an appointment according to his instructions. Having the band is only part of the deal, without enough fills it won't help!

I have had 2 fills already and no restriction. I know with my surgeon I have to wait 4 weeks before they will do another fill. I have read on this forum that many people say you need 3 to 4 fills before you feel restriction. And don't mistake getting "stuck" with restriction, that is what happened to me. I had my surgery on March 30th and have lost about 38 lbs. so I am not that upset that I have no restriction yet but I hate driving over an hour to get to his office, take off work etc. Hang in there.

After serveral attempts I got intouch with a person at my Dr.'s office and have an appointment for the 6th for a fill. I do better during the week with the liquid diet following a fill. That is better than this Friday and having to prepare 3 meals a day for 3 days for my family while I watch.:)
