calorie counter website?

hey, so someone told me about this website that calculates your calories or something like that a few time before on here, if you know what i'm talking about please send the website url this way please. but first, if you use this site, do think it helps you with your weightloss better than writing it down on paper? is it free to join? does it give you any other tips?

I just signed up for myfitnesspal on line and it seems to be informative....I just entered everything I ate today and it was very user friendly, just hope I can access it from my blackberry with no problem.

michael, do you think it'll work on iPod touch too?

Cutie, it might actually be that website

I use "Lose It" on my IPod Touch, and FitDay.com for most of my journaling.

I use this on my Droid Eris (Calorie Counter) and it syncs with My FatSecret.com so I can access it anywhere. It also tracks excercise, % of Daily Intake, weight loss to goal, and will track Protein, carbs, fat, and a bunch of other things you can personalize. I love it!!

I use thedailyplate.com and love it. You can track calories, fitness/activity (and it nets out the calories after exercise), Water intake and it even allows you to enter recipes and calculates the nutritional content of them. There is also an app for iPod/bberry as well.

I have been using this for months and LOVE it!

but wait, you only get a 5day free trial? on thedailyplate website?

I journal at Fitday.com. It counts calories, protein, carb, fat, and various micronutrients.

The dailyplate is free - if you want the "gold" version then it costs. I just use the regular one and have since surgery.

Do you know how to sinc the phone app to the website?

Once you enter your user name and password, it syncs automatically. The app for your phone is $2.99 though. The membership itself is free... HTH

I just use realizemysuccess.com or lapband.com
