  1. 800 calories is ok though. Prilosec is so wonderful! Saved me many times! I am down 34lbs (lost 2 lbs overnight) had a 3 day stall at 233.2 but 231.2 this am! woohoo! I am eating normal stuff, but no raw veggies or fruits like you.Nothing has given me too much trouble as of yet.although i did eat about 4-6oz of smoothie too fast and had to stick my fingers down my throat! Yuk! Glad 2 talk 2 u!

  9. Ok, I've noticed a lot of sleevers on here mentioning really long, intense pre-op liquid diets and drain tubes? Tell me more please? I did a low calorie diet for a week and a full liquid diet for a week and a liquid diet for 1 day!

  12. I started eating solids early about my 3rd week and trust me I have learned trial & error. Honestly, I was tired of eating the same things. I almost went on strike to eat nothing at all because of the same foods. I am eating low calorie foods such as healthy choice & lean cuisine. I can only eat half of the servings.

  21. Hey Irene! How are you! I was curious about something. How many calories do you think I should be burning in the gym in order to keep my weightloss steady? I eat around 800-1000 calories and I usually burn about 500-750 each time I workout, I wonder should I try and up my calories or something.

  22. I've been using my fitness pal to make sure I'm within my calorie goals for each day and to make sure my water intake, exercise and protein are right on point! Great tool!

  24. Panda Express!! Kids meal with mixed veggies and string bean chicken. Chicken has 170 calories and 15g protein for a regular serving! I know the sodium isnt good, but a good choice any how! Only ate the string bean chicken. STUFFED! LOL!! I ate less than my 5 year old daughter!

  25. Gorgeous day here in SO CAL! Burnt 571 calories in 45 minutes on the elliptical, then went to Walmart and got the cutest colored tanks for $3.88 each...$3.88!!! What a DEAL :)
