Tomorrow starts an official week of hard preparations for the pageant next weekend. Have a lesson tomorrow with Mrs. Donna and eyebrows done, then new pics on sunday, softball practice starts monday, have to stone her dress and add close to 1,000 stones,pedicure on thursday then leave on friday afternoon and get tanned for pageant on saturday. . Its ok though, not stressed or anything.

So, I am seven weeks post op and I finally have a question... So far everything has gone well and I am happy with my progress. Here is my question. I hate the fusion bariatric vitamins my dr. is having me take. I asked about gummies and the diatitian told me NO stick with the Fusion chewables. What do you all take? The chewables make me gag big time. I HATE them.

Woke up with a huge painful kink in my neck and can barely move. Luckily, I can still take NSAIDs as it's not yet a week to surgery.

Had my Info Meet today, have to call next week to make appt with surgeon. The wait continues....huuu!

Back on track and losing the 5lbs I put on last week :> Super happy and proud of myself for catching and fixing my forgetful week!

So I've gotten off track this past week and gained almost 5 lbs!! I'm so mad at myself today! Got to get refocused, go to my local support group and spend more time on this sight, maybe finding a hobby would help me out a lot too. Gotta lose this 5lbs this week

My knee has been hurting me for almost 4 weeks now went to the Er last week told me its sprained and I have arthritis. So today I still am in a lot of pain Dr tells me he thinks I tore my mignisous (sorry spelling) and now I have to start physical therapy...but I'm not going to let it stop me I'll just keep hobbling along.

I have lost between 18-20lbs in the last five weeks. I think I can tell.

down 10 pounds, just by doing the pre-op diet... makes not eating totally worth it! 3 days until my surgery!!!!
