  1. Back home from a weeks vacation on the beach, so nice!!!! Now I am so ready for my first fill. I am able to eat anything and I have no restriction except for rice, isnt that crazy, I can eat chicken but rice seems to make me feel stuffed after a few spoons. Any way, I get my first fill tomorrow and I am ready. I have not loss any weight in a while but I haven't gained any so thats a blessing.

  5. Corrective port surgery in just over a week. I didn't think I'd have to go under the knife again but... here I am! I'm just greatful it's not something worse!

  6. After 2 weeks of no exercise I managed to do 45 minutes of treadmill/bike at the gym. Slow but sure! Will ease back into the routine. Feeling awesome tonight!

  7. I am excited that my surgery is scheduled one week from today and that the insurance is covering most of it!!

  8. Able to wear a summer top that up until two weeks ago would not fit because it was so tight. This morning, it simply fell into place and it is even big. Woo hoo....

  10. 2 week pre-op diet starts today :) Did a purge of all the crap food still in my house. Then took a bunch of before pictures in various outfits. I finally feel like this process has started :)

  13. Good Morning all. I'm on track to be down another 2-3lbs this week. Not having any problems since my first fill. I'm trying to stay active these days and mix up my workout. I played tennis yesterday and it was fun, so that may be my summer sport of choice. The key is to watch what you eat and keep movin. I would like to take dance lessons like DWTS, it's working well for Kirstie. Have a great day everyone!!

  20. Day three of post op...... Surgery was on the 23rd and now I am on day three of healing. It is not that bad at all. I have gas and some soreness around the incision but that is all. I am happy that GOD brought me through this surgery!!

  21. Eh, What a week!!!! I was riding an all time high zooming towards to my surgery date, until i ran face first into a glitch in my plan.... Now imagine this I am at pretesting waiting to meet my anesthesiologist and to get my blood drawn. I pull out my cellphone to make an appointment with my PCP to get my clearance letter ONLY to be told that my doctor is on vacation and wont be back until the 30th!!!....a day after im suppose to be banded. I almost bursted out in t...

  22. I get my cpap machine on Friday and then I wear it for 2 weeks and then they download my chip and see if it helped my sleep apnea..after that there "suppose" to let my suregon know Im cleared for surgery.. im sure its all suppose to run smoothly but im sure it wont

  24. I wish I had the will power to only weigh myself every two weeks! I weigh myself every single day! Lol!

     

    But it's a good way of tracking ouR progress. During the week my weight goes up and down, but I only count the Friday weight to see how I did over the week. And don't worry about posting every week - it's only there so we can support one another, so posting whenever you DO weigh yourself will be great!
