Hi ellenmarie I had my Lab band done just 3 weeks ago and just as you I was worried what may could go wrong looking back all I have to say is haha Everything went fine and I'm loosing weight. What helped me was to talk to people close to me about my worries it really helps also everyone at my job was supportive and offered an open ear when ever I needed it. So worrying is ok just don't do it by your self

I had surgery on Sept 17 Lost 14 pounds and looking for more to loos ..it feels great I have been reading all of your comments and what I see most of you have gas pains I did had the same problem then I went to my local Health food store and bought Pepogest this are all natural Peppermint Softgels for gas.
