    Hi. This has backfired on me. I need to delete this whole thread and I do not know how to do it. If I'm not able to do it, can all of you who responded, well, in your response, it indicates MY question about my friend. Can you please take that information off of your response? Or if any of you know how I can delete the whole thread, can you please let me know? Much appreciated.

    I myself have lost over 100 lbs. Took me a long time, and I grow my own food. But it worked for me. However I have a friend who is morbidly obese and she is the one having the lap band procedure. I need to ask a question over in the friends forum. See you guys over there. Honey
