  1. hello my name is jodi i had the lap band on jan 15, 2010, i lost 9lbs pre surgury and 19lbs since. my weight loss stopped sometime in may i have been stuck at 218lbs for months and i am really discourage and someone in my support group suggested joining this site. so what im looking for is maybe someone who is in the same boat and any ideas on how i can start lossing again. i wasnt exercising so i joined the gym about 2 months ago. i go 4 to 5 times a week for about 2hrs at a time, i have a personal trainer once a week. i eat right and a lot less, but i do get in all my protein. i have had plenty of adjustment i have 8 cc of fluid in my band so far. please help i dont want to be fat anymore but iam on the verge of giving up:sad:
