  1. Hi September Bandsters! I got my band on 9/20 and am on full liquids. I'm kind of over the protein shakes so I'm enjoying a yogurt/milk/pudding w/ protien powder shake (yum). My left shoulder is still giving me problems & I'm really worried I might have done something wrong by lifting my 2 yr old (not supposed to lift for thatn 5 lbs). I'm wondering when this part, although not that bad, will be a distant memory.
  2. Cuppy, I feel your pain with the left shoulder. It never occurred to me that the shoulder pain would be worse than recovery from the actual operation! I hope it goes away soon for you. I came home from the hospital 7 lbs heavier and it's just about gone now in day 4. I sure hope to come out of the week better than that though. Way to go on the 17 lbs!
  3. I was taking liquid Lortab & my MD said to stop. Looks like I'm allergic. The itching went away Tuesday night.
  4. Just wanted to say 'hi'. I've been browsing this site for months now I want to make it more personal. Thanks to all the seasoned banders for their insight!
