When I hit 45, it seemed as though my weight was out of control. I have almost all the co-morbidities listed with obesity: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, PCOS as well as other diseases that affect metabolism. I'm 50 and I want my life back.
