Thanks ladies!! means alot, i spoke to my surgeon and he says the pill still works and that it is a important issue to discuss, because with just a 19 pound weightloss our fertility increases hugely, and its important not to get pregant in the year after surgery.

I got my band done 1 week ago, no regrets although at the moment it is tough , but the weight coming off is so worth it, and the energy! Having it done isnt making you weak, its a big decision and you are strong for doing what your doing, its a motivational kick start, usually other diets get tiering as u always get weight off but then you double, your taking a great step in the right direction. Hi! thanks for your encouragement!! i feel alot better on liquid because i keep thinking it is going to be so worth it and you see the pounds coming off!! I think its incredible how much you lost !! Congratulations!! I have 6 more days before i start Mush, basically its normal food just blended so from a spagheti bolanase to a thick soup, i cant wait!! and i live in Sydney Australia

Lucky, the 2 weeks after surgery i have to stay on liquid it is a huge PAIN!! im doing liquid now its my 6th day and i want to strangle someone ):
