I don't know if anyone had tried this but they have a Vivanno protein shake at Starbucks. I especially love the Banana Chocolate blend, it has 20 grams of protein, 260 calories, and 4.5 grams of fat. I started a 3 day liquid diet today to give myself a boost and get off this plateaun I've been on. Any ideas for liquids?

He's going to the liver specialist tomorrow morning to find out what exactly is wrong. He did discover some liver spots on his legs. Don't know exactly what that means but we'll see. Keep him in your prayers. Thank you.

I had an ex that used to do that too. It's part of being a man, women like expressing themselves and men would rather let things go away on it's own (which they never will) I will have to say that my boyfriend is really good about expressing himself. If you didn't know any better, you would think he was a woman. I love that he can cry in front of me and want to work through disagreements. He's awesome and I'm so in love with him.

He is doing ok. He was supposed to go to a liver specialist last Monday but with Hurricane Ike it's been pushed back a little.

Are you really concerned about being naked in front of a doctor? A doctor who has seen 234823490823957 different bodies. Let's see what's more important....being healthy and losing weight, or worried about being naked during surgery?

He got his results back from his ultrasound and they have found that he has an enlarged liver, which could mean anything from fatty liver disease to a liver cancer. They are going to send him to a liver specialist. I honestly thinks it's fatty liver disease, he eats fast food a lot and he's a little overweight. He's about 6 foot tall and 250 lbs but carries it very well, I find him so sexy!

Denise, Glad to hear that you and him were able to work through your differences. Just remember if you never disagree about anything, there's something wrong :-) My boyfriend is scheduled for an ultrasound on his liver tomorrow morning. His liver enzymes are high but he is feeling a whole lot better. We got to spend much of the weekend together and it was awesome. I missed him so much and he always tells me that I am truly a blessing in his life. He makes me so happy and I'm so glad I met someone who is so appreciative of me.

Ya so, a lot has happened this past week and a half. My boyfriend has been so sick for almost 2 weeks now. They've ran several blood tests and have found nothing. He was hospitalized last Friday for dehydration and I was there with him for that. They ran blood tests for his liver this morning to see if anything is wrong with it. Just please everyone keep him in your prayers so that he gets better.

I only had one "last supper" and trust me it won't be your last. I'm still able to enjoy all of the foods I used to just in smaller portions. I lost 9 lbs just by cutting out regular cokes before my surgery.

Aww how sweet. I am very easy to please. Just a simple cute name like that makes me happy.

Oh ya losing the weight definately helps. He's so sweet. He constantly calls me beautiful and treats me so great.

Well Raymond and I have been hanging out everyday except for Saturday because I had a wedding to go to. He makes me so happy and this is the happiest I think I've ever been. Finally someone who wants to spend time with me and make time for me. Someone who is fun and romantic at the same time. We both have deleted our singlesnet account and I can see this going somewhere.

The way I did it was I put it on two interest free credit cards. The total of my surgery was $12,750, $10,000 of it went on one and the remainder on another. When interest free expires transfer to another interest free credit card.

We went to the movies and had yet another wonderful date. He doesn't seem like a guy I would normally date. He has tattoos and just not someone I thought I would find attractive but there's something about him that I love. I think mostly it's that he's so respectful and such a gentleman. How's everyone else doing?

Wow, not only was it one of the best dates I've had in a while but he kept me laughing all night. We both had a wonderful time. I haven't been able to get this smile off my face since last night. He told me he can't wait to go out again and has still been so consistent in texting and calling me since we met. As in the past, I'd go on a date and they acted all interested before and during the date and then afterwards they would rarely call. We'll see. I don't want to get all excited so early but I just have such a wonderful feeling about him.

Look at it this way, why would you want to lose weight so fast? Everyone I know that has had gastric bypass has gained half if not all of their weight back. With gastric bypass, if you stretch your pouch, there's no shrinking it. Lapband, if you stretch it you can shrink it Keep all of that in mind. By the way my BMI was over 40 and I'm happy with the weight that I've lost so far.

I have a feeling I might be dialated. I'm at 4 cc in a 4 cc band and no restriction. I've never really been tight just good restriction until recently. I feel like I can eat anything. I've gained about 10 lbs and feel like total crap. I need to get back on track but it's really hard without the restriction. I haven't dieted the whole time it took me to lose 80 lbs. They did flouro on me in May and did not see any signs of dialation but they did have a very hard time accessing my port (took about 10 stabs). Any suggestions or comments to help me out?

Yeah I've met many guys over the years from the internet/dating websites and only 1 time that the guy had old pictures and wasn't as cute in person. I usually don't wait around for months to meet someone. In my opinion if they don't want to meet you soon, then they aren't really into meeting at all.
