  12. Ok I had done so well on Monday and Tuesday keeping my calories under 1300 and walking 30 minutes so I decided to weigh myself on Wednesday (yesterday) and GAINED 2 lbs. How is that possible? So last night I was good all day and did kind of bad at night because I went and had Mexican food and did not exercise last night and I jumped on the scale this morning and I've lost 3 lbs. I don't get it! But I'm sure happy with it

  14. Nevermind Gordita I just saw your signature line. Give your fill some time because for me sometimes it will take a few days to kick in. If you're still not feeling the restriction then see about getting another fill. Hope this helps.
  15. La Gordita: My doctor says 60 grams of protein or more a day. I wouldn't worry too much it took me several fills to get to the point of good restriction. When was your last fill and how much is currently in your band?
  16. :cool2: Hey it's ok at least you're honest :tt2:

  19. Ok I've got to get this weight back off. Pouch is dialated and am doing liquids/mushies. I'm in for 10 lbs in 5 weeks. Hopefully it will be more but I'm not going to push it

  21. So I really need to join this thread to get back on track. I went to the lapband doctor for the first time in 2.5 years (I've had my band for almost 4 years) and my pouch is stretched so I have to do liquids/mushies for 3 weeks: Yesterday: Chocolate Banana Vivanno Smoothie from Starbucks-280 Calories 2 cups of progresso soup (minus the chicken in the soup)-160 calories 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese- 90 calories 2 1/2 cups of cream of mushroom soup-204 calories Total= 734 calories for Day 1 of 3 week liquid diet
  22. Ok I'm so getting onto this thread. I've been following the WW points system the last 2 weeks and find it pretty easy to follow. I definately need a boost in weight loss with lapband. I haven't been to my lapband doctor in 3 years so I have no idea how my band is doing (I'm self pay) I'm finally going this Thursday and I'm so ready to find out what's wrong with my band. I initially lost 80 lbs and now am only 10 lbs less than I was before I got banded. I feel like a total failure and do not want to give up. I refuse to go back to the way I was. I met my fiance almost 2 years ago and the lbs slowly started creeping back and now here I am. He's lost 20 lbs due to finding out he has diabetes and cutting out the sodas. I feel very depressed about it and really need the motivation and help from you guys.
  23. Thanks to everyone for their input. I'm now getting worried about insurance companies in general with this new health reform bill that's being passed. I wonder if they're going to want to cover anyone anymore.
  24. If you don't mind me asking, how much is the revision going to cost out of pocket?
