Hi, my name is wendy and this is  the very  fist couple steps. I went to my seminar last night. i now will push for the sleep test to get out of the way (as I hear that takes the longest) then wait to hear back from the  ins. approval, ( I called already so its just a wait) I want this NOW!!!!!!! Its hard to go thru this wait!!  Thats the start  of this..... the past story is I have been heavy for the last 15 years out of depression I gained slowly each year. I have focused on everyone else for so long I really will need to re learn  focus on me. sounds easy? Im thinking not, we shall see.
