    Hi. This is my first posting. My surgery date is set for December 20 and I cannot wait! Congrats to all the other December bandsters. Great Christmas present to ourselves. But, have to do this pre-op diet first and I start that fairly soon. Any tips on how to get the protein without drinking all the sweet shakes?
