Hi Everyone, It has been one week today since my surgery. I am feeling really good. Im back into the swing of typical mommy day. I am still on pain medication but only every 8 hours. I still am not getting in enough protein. I went to the doctor yesterday and was down 15 pounds. Im sure some of that is water weight. But I was sooo excited.. I can't wait until I can eat some mussy foods

Hi everyone. I had surgery on the 28th so 4 days ago. It was just day surgery so I came home like9 hours later. The pain was not to bad. I have been taking my liquid pain medication every 4-6 hours. Yesterday my gas was really bad but today it is feeling better. Today i had a little chicken broth, jello and a protein shake. i tried the ones from the bariatric place and could not swallow it. I ended up having a slim fast ready made shake. good luck to everyone. Keep us all updated

I had surgery on Tuesday everything went well. I have been having some gas pains but the worst thing is i have a yeast infection. The Dr. Thinks its from the antibiotics they gave me before surgery. Fun times. Besides that im feeling good..
  6. Same boat. Had my surgery Tuesday and I'm still feeling like crap!! I am living off broth and mellow. The creamed chicken soup was ways to thick. Glad I'm not the only one:)
  7. I am getting worried. My surgery is the 27th of this month and Etna is still reviewing it..
