    Ok, so things didn't go as planned this weekend with the eatting.... but I think I did pretty good... On Friday night, ended up having a grilled chicken breast, slice of tomato and lettuce (from a burger at DQ) that Christine had in her room. It was cold.. but was really delicious! I have 2.5 glass of red wine. JC Hoops Cereal (no milk) 1 fruit cup 1 JC Mocha Shake Before heading out to go shopping, Oscar and I did sit ups, push ups (regular style) and hand stand press. At least got in some exercise this weekend. Worked up a sweat Chili lime steak salad at Sheri's (restaurant in US) was delicious... had very little dressing (maybe 1 teaspoon) because the steak was covered in Frank's Red Hot Chili Lime Sauce.... the only thing I had that wasn't so healthy was the garlic toast... but only had 1 piece. Grande non-fat latte with sugar free shot Ate at the Asian restaurant in the Hotel - had salad rolls with a bit of peanut sauce. Hot and Sour Soup. 1/4 cut of white rice with 1/4 cup of curried / coconut chicken. 3 glasses of red wine. I should have eatten at the steak house... would have been much easier to eat there. Asian foods have a lot of sauce on them. But I made some good choices and didn't indulge in the deep fried egg rolls that everyone had.

    JC B/F Scramble 2 cups of coffee 1 apple JC Mocha Shake Herbal Tea JC Swedish Meatball with Pasta Snow Peas JC Brushetta Chips Going to the US to the Silver Reef Casino overnight.... going to have supper at the Steak House :hungry: ... I will order and just eat half the entre.. and save half for later. I will have two glasses of red wine. BUT I will drink one glass of water per one glass of wine. I'm going to bring some bars and shakes to eat incase I'm hungry tomorrow. For breakfast, I will have some protein (like poached eggs) and some toast. I will make better choices... lower fat... lower portions. I can and will do this!! Will go swimming the hotel pool... whooo hoo.. I get a chance to use my new bathingsuit!

    JC Stuff B/F Sandwich 1 Coffee Herbal Tea Apple JC Mocha Shake JC Personal Pizza Out for lunch - Salmon Spinach Salad - dressng on side - used 1/2 Starbucks Grande non-fat latte with sugar free shot Choc Graham Twists V8 Juice JC Turkey & Gravy Entre 1.5 hr Karate tonight - looking forward to it! Began to run out of steam about 1/2 through Karate - the kicks were difficult after a bit of time. Oscar felt the same way. We had a good workout on Tuesday, perhaps our muscles did not have enough time to rest properly for tonights class. Was fun though... got to spare with Jacko, was fun..but man is he ever quick! Running again was difficult.. but I'm trying. Worked up a really good sweat tonigh by the end of class.

I have to work on the running, but I can do this! Didn't want to go to Karate - BUT I'm glad I did.. had a great time sparing with Oscar... was soo much fun... and I felt 100% better after a bit of exercise. Had a hard time feeling satisfied today. Breats sore, wanted to eat everything. Was bored at work as well... just felt like eatting all day. Finally felt satisfied after eatting a piece of Oscars pizza. Felt really good after Karate... was way too much fun!

  10. Hi There, I'm new to the forum. I live in Vancouver and can't find a Doctor that will perform the surgery. I have been to a seminar at the Northwest Weight Loss Surgery Clinic and I'm all for the procedure, but its a little pricey, 17,100 (incl one year of fills and aftercare). If I can't find a Doctor in Vancouver I will get it done there, BUT I would rather spend my money in Canada and perhaps a littel closer to home. Any suggestions??

    Exactly how do you feel when...

    HI Katgirl, OMG, I'm sooooo excited that there is a Doctor doing this surgery in the greater Vancouver area. I have been trying to find a Doctor here for a while and I just happened upon this site today! Can you tell me were your Doctor is located? What is the after care like? Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!! Suzie Q
